Can I use my PPO benefits at Beverly Pediatric Dentistry?

Yes. Many families with PPO dental plans are eligible for reimbursement through their out-of-network benefits. Many of our patients receive close to a 100% reimbursement. Coverage and reimbursement amounts vary by insurance plan, so we encourage you to contact your insurance provider directly to confirm your specific benefits.

Are there any fees for credit card or financing payments?

A service charge of 2.9% for Visa, MasterCard, and Discover, and 3.4% for American Express, will be applied to all credit card payments over $3,000. A service charge of 6.2% will apply to all CareCredit payments. You can avoid these service charges by paying with a personal check, ACH bank transfer, or cash.

Do you accept HSA or FSA payments?

Yes, HSA and FSA funds can typically be used for eligible dental expenses. HSA cards are also accepted even though standard debit cards are not.

Q: Do you file insurance claims for me?

If you have a private PPO insurance plan, we will submit the claims on your behalf, and reimbursement will be provided directly to you by your insurance provider.

Do you accept insurance and how does billing work?

Beverly Pediatric Dentistry operates as an out-of-network provider, meaning we do not have contracts with insurance companies, including government-funded programs such as Medicare. Thus, payment for services provided is due at the time of the appointment.

However, if you have a private PPO insurance plan, we can submit the claims on your behalf, and reimbursement will be provided directly to you by your insurance provider.

Alternatively, if you prefer filing your claim on your own, we can provide you with the necessary paperwork.

Prior to treatment, you will always be informed of the associated costs, ensuring transparency.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment via cash, personal checks, and credit cards. As of April 1, 2026, we are no longer able to accept debit cards as a payment method (excluding HSA cards).

Do you offer financing options for payments?

Yes. We offer third-party financing through CareCredit, which allows you the flexibility to pay over several months. Please note that the terms and conditions of financing through CareCredit are between you and CareCredit directly.
